Today's class is really boring. So I secretly scribbled on a scrap as paper as the teacher talks nonsense, and ... posted it here. This is the first time I posted my hand drawing, so please have mercy on me. :P
She's nameless, just a random school girl I drew on a whim.

Practice more, EteryChan...it's the same advice I gave 4uPuK. And look at his growth.
The more you try out the hand drawings, the better your art will be.
Although I can see that your character was feeling as bored as you.

yeah, I almost fall asleep back there. :-P
Drawing a good human proportion is really harder than what it seems >.<
Leaving face aside, my first goal is drawing a proper neck length, arms length, legs length, and body height. Any idea?

Use reference images, if you don't have access to any, then play around with modifying the basic shapes to get the neck length you have in mind.
Or even better, use action figures as your reference material.....>_>
